Surette Data Systems provides one-time website builds (deployed to your own hosting, or a free Netlify account set up in your name) in Southwest Florida. Website: surettesystems.com. Contact us at (239) 404-8505 or our contact page.

2. What Information We Collect

  • Contact details — name, email, phone (contact form).
  • Project details, messages, and optional attachments — content from contact forms, consultation forms, optional uploaded photos/screenshots, or WhatsApp project communications.
  • IP address (Google Fonts) — loading fonts from Google's CDN sends your IP to Google. See Google's Privacy Policy.

We do not collect payment card numbers directly.

3. How We Collect Information

  • Netlify Forms — website form submissions and optional form attachments.
  • WhatsApp / Meta — project and post-launch change-request communications. Subject to Meta's policies.
  • Google Fonts CDN — font files loaded from Google's servers on page load.

4. How We Use Your Information

  • Respond to inquiries and deliver services you requested.
  • Communicate about your project and post-launch change requests.
  • Send service-related notices (no marketing without consent).
  • Meet legal and business record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. How We Share Your Information

  • Service providers — Netlify hosts static website files and processes form and attachment data on our behalf.
  • WhatsApp / Meta — messages pass through Meta's infrastructure.
  • Legal requirements — disclosure if required by law.

6. Data Retention

Data is retained as needed to provide services and for a reasonable period after for business records. You can request deletion at any time.

7. Security

  • HTTPS enforced on all connections.
  • Netlify secure form processing.

No method of transmission is 100% secure. We use commercially reasonable protections.

8. Your Rights and Choices

  • Right to know — ask us what information we hold about you.
  • Right to deletion — ask us to delete your personal information.
  • Right to correct — ask us to fix inaccurate information.
  • Right to opt out of sale — we don't sell data, so there's nothing to opt out of.

9. California Residents (CCPA)

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know, delete, and non-discrimination. We do not sell personal information. Contact us using the info in Section 8 to submit a request.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information and we will delete it promptly.

11. Third-Party Links

Links to third-party sites (WhatsApp, Google, etc.) are not covered by this policy. Please review their own privacy policies.

12. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy and will revise the effective date when we do. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
