Questions
The short answers.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. Every website is a one-time build. There is no hosting subscription, no retainer, and nothing that renews with us.
Is hosting included?
Yes. If you already have hosting, we deploy your site there. If not, we set up a free, base-tier Netlify account in your own name and deploy to that — either way, it’s included at no extra charge. You pay for a domain and any hosting costs beyond Netlify’s free tier directly, typically a few dollars a month or less.
Do I own my website?
Yes, outright, once the project is paid in full. You also own the hosting and domain accounts — they are created in your name at launch, not ours, so you are never locked in to us.
What if I need more pages than my package includes?
We can accommodate any size. If your project exceeds the page count in a package, we will scope a custom quote — no surprises.
What happens if I want something changed six months from now?
You reach out — email, a support form, or the WhatsApp channel set up at handoff — and we scope it. Simple requests are billed at $125/hr; well-defined projects like a new page or a redesign can be quoted as a fixed price. There is no plan to sign up for and nothing to cancel.
What’s covered right after launch?
Every package includes a post-launch bug-fix period (7–30 days depending on the package) where we fix anything included in scope that isn’t working as intended, at no charge. New features, new content, and third-party issues are handled as a normal paid request afterward.
Prices shown are starting prices and the package summaries above are condensed. Third-party costs — domain registration and renewal, business email hosting, premium plugins or themes, paid fonts, stock photography, scheduling and CRM platforms, and payment-processing fees — are billed separately by those providers. Full package details, add-ons, and the complete FAQ live on the details page. Final scope, pricing, and terms are governed by the signed service agreement or project proposal.
